Pursuant to the FY2027 Continuing Appropriations and Extensions Act, Pub. L. 119-103, the Federal Railroad Administration is to make available to Amtrak $309,586,389 to cover Operating, Capital, and Debt Service which will be used until January 31, 2030, or until expended.
